Sarah Day (Home Energy Advisor) and Helen Cooper (Energy Efficiency Officer),  at Arun District Council  deal with energy assistance for residents within the district. They are very willing to help and promote support regarding staying warm and helping to try and reduce fuel cost bills. This is run through a programme called Home Energy Arun which is an energy efficiency service and is for Arun residents only.
