VACANCY FOR ONE COUNCILLOR

1.     There is a vacancy on the above Council following the resignation of Councillor Andrew Fells.

2.     A bye-election to fill the vacancies will be held if within 14 days (not counting Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) from the date below, ten electors for the ward give notice in writing claiming such an election to the Returning Officer.

3.     The Address of the Returning Officer is: Arun District Council, Civic Centre, Maltravers Road, LITTLEHAMPTON, West Sussex, BN17 5LF

4.     If no such notice is given the Parish Council will fill the vacancies by co-option.
