Bob moved to Felpham in early 2019 from Ruislip, Middlesex with his wife Jan. They have three grown up children. He retired from his own business in 2016 and bought a neglected flint house in Felpham which he is currently enjoying renovating.

Whilst enjoying the quiet charm of Felpham Village and its wonderful heritage, he understands that the local businesses need visitors to maintain their livelihoods. He joined the local resilience group at the beginning of Covid, which led to his being co-opted onto the Parish Council in 2021.
