Due to the ongoing problems around the Corona-Virus and in order to follow Government guidelines, whilst keeping residents informed and access to the Parish Council open, the following will apply from today.
- The Parish Council Office will be closed until further notice. Staff will be working from home and e-mails will be dealt with on a daily basis and will be responded to, but please bear with us as these may not be responded to immediately. Telephone calls can still be made to the Parish Council, but as the office will be unmanned messages can be left on the answerphone. Please note that these will be checked on a weekly basis only. At this point in time it is advisable not to write into the Parish Council by letter.
- All Parish Council Meetings are cancelled until further notice. This will be reviewed on a monthly basis and based on Government guidelines at the time of each review.
- The Annual Grants Awards evening to be held in April has also been cancelled with no alternative date to be arranged.
- The Felpham Community Hall, on Blake’s Mead, is currently unavailable for any bookings and is not open to the public or users. As with meetings, this will be reviewed on a monthly basis.
Please all keep safe.
